AGDisplays provides lamination enhancements for notebook and desktop LCD's, industrial LCDs and LCD televisions. Our products can be retrofitted into any LCD to increase the efficiency of existing visual technology. We maintain state-of-the-art clean room facilities equipped with a tab bonder, automated laminating and temperature controlled de-laminating equipment. Our ability to laminate from 1.5"- 65" (diagonal) gives us the largest size capability current in today's US market. Maintaining stock of several anti-reflective films, from multiple manufactures, allows first article design and prototype approvals to be delivered to our inquiring customers well below the normal industry lead time.

Lamination is the process of adjoining two or more like or unlike materials together. In the LCD Industry typical laminations can consist of optical polarizer laminations to the LCD glass surface or perhaps an anti-reflective film laminated to the top polarizer. Regardless of the material AG Displays has designed and implemented a state of the art lamination table which allows us to laminate up to 65" at our facility.
AG Displays performs all laminations in our Class 1,000 Clean rooms, where we also utilize some of today's most efficient ionized air solutions along with full ESD protection. LCD's from 3.5" to 65" are successfully laminated using our highly trained staff of technicians along with state of the art equipment, resulting in error free laminations with little need for rework.
