LCD Enhancements
AG Displays as access to a full range of manufacture capabilities related to LCD's in small or large quantities. We utilize our production lines and multiple Class 1,000 clean rooms to successfully manufacture your LCD enhancement solutions. Diverse test and quality control equipment offers us the speed needed during production while maintaining the proper documentation and quality assurance that sets AG Displays apart from other LCD enhancement manufactures.
AG Displays maintains rigorous quality control systems to stay compliant with today's ISO-14001 environmental standards. The proper disposal of raw components such as: cold cathode fluorescent bulbs, TFT glass, and other recyclable items are properly disposed of throughout our manufacturing process.
LED backlight solutions
AG Displays manufactures its own line of high bright LED's used to enhance LCD panels. We offer drop and replacement LED's, edge lit (top and/or bottom), Direct LED backlights up to 65". AG Displays has manufactured multiple size LED boards offering a backlight solution for most standard LCD sizes. We also offer custom sizes LED backlight solutions that AG Displays can design and tailor to custom fit your exact needs.
Edge lit LED backlight enhancement is one way of increasing the brightness needed for today's industrial, military, and consumer markets. For larger LCD monitors and digital signage LCD's, Whether your need is to increased brightness, pass shock test, or remove CCFL Mercury levels, AG Displays can design a solution for LCD project.
LED controllers
AG Displays manufactures (3) lines of LED controllers built to maintain a constant current to your LED backlight. The controllers, GI-3002, GP-3001, and DB-3000 are DC to DC power inverters with an error loop filter, and pulse width modulation dimmer control for your LED backlight strings. Offering a wide voltage input and output range, along with adjustable current control these LED controllers are built to automatically regulate and provide constant current to your LED backlight source. Designed to be customizable our line of controllers can drive our High Bright LED boards or a stock LED backlight. All of our LED controllers can be tuned to supply the current needed to your backlight source while offering current limiting and pulse width modulation dimming control.
